West Yorkshire Connexions and Train to Gain (LSC)
ask were commissioned to undertake an outbound Direct Marketing project in January 2007. The aim of this pilot project was to promote free training for individuals aged 16 & 17 to employers representing many sectors in West Yorkshire. The process involved initiating, cleansing, securing and managing databases, telephone research and appointment setting for a number of key workers and brokers, obtaining Client feedback, outcomes and professional reporting.
